Lightweight Aluminum Deck for Adults

The CBM Scaffold Exterior All Aluminum Deck has a duty rating of 75 pounds per square foot, with a walk board that is 19 1/4" wide and 7 feet long. The three-hook design Aluminum Walk Board weighs only 29 pounds and has a two-piece extruded design, made entirely of aluminum.

This product is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, and it works with standard or arched frames, meeting ANSI, CSA, and OSHA standards. The all-aluminum deck is shipped with the hooks separated and tucked to the underside for the safety of the product. Bent hooks are not to be bent back but must be replaced.

For the protection of the aluminum deck and the protruding hooks, the hooks are not installed prior to shipment. The hook parts and instructions are provided, and the hooks must be installed before use. The installation process involves the following steps:

1. Place the board upside down.
2. Place the crossbands on both ends of the board.
3. Install the short screws to secure the crossbands to the board.
4. Place the hooks onto the board.
5. Install the long screws to secure the hooks to the board.
6. Securely tighten all the bolts.
