Little Giant 115V 1/12HP 750GPH Chemical Magnetic Drive Pump

The Little Giant 3-MD-SC semi-corrosive chemical pump is designed for in-line, non-submersible use and features leakproof, seal-less magnetic drives. The volute, magnet housing, and impeller are made of glass-filled polypropylene for excellent chemical resistance, while the ceramic shaft and thrust washers are 99.5 percent pure alumina for excellent wear resistance and trouble-free service. The washers do not revolve to prevent wear on the shaft, and the pump shaft is held captive at both ends to assure perfect alignment and precisely balanced magnets, preventing potential damage during start-ups and stops.

The Little Giant 115 Volt, 1/12 HP 3-MD-SC Chemical Pump is suitable for the movement of moderately corrosive solvents, acids, alkalis, and other chemicals and solutions that are compatible with the material used to make the pump. The pump has an intake size of 3/4" FNPT and a discharge size of 1/2" MNPT, and can pump up to 750 GPH at 1' head. It can handle fluids with a specific gravity of up to 1.1 and with temperatures of up to 150 °F. The pump includes a 6' power cord with a 3-prong plug and features an open, fan-cooled motor that is thermally protected.

PUMP SPECIFICATIONS: The pump can deliver 750 GPH at 1-ft. lift, with a 21.9 ft. shutoff. It has a 3/4-in. FNPT intake and a 1/2-in. MNPT discharge, and can handle fluids with a specific gravity of up to 1.1 and temperatures of up to 150 degrees F, in an ambient air temperature of 77 degrees F.
